Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume.

Standard Shipping

• Delivery: 2–4 business days after fulfillment

Express Shipping (when available)

• Delivery: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Address Changes & Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tryruvia.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
